Pretty good for an inexpensive tripod for non-professionals, but there's one problem,
July 14, 2010 This review is from: Sunpak Sunpak 5200D Tripod 620-520D (Electronics)
The Sunpak 5200D (also called the 620-520D) seems fairly well constructed and fairly sturdy for a light, inexpensive tripod. The card that comes with the tripod states:
* Limited lifetime warranty!
* Three-way ultra smooth photo/video panhead
* Quick release plate with video indexing pin
* Panhead bubble level
* Geared center column with tension adjustment
* Body bubble level
* Oversize 0.75" (19 mm) leg diameter
* D-shape three-section legs with flip lever leg locks and heavy-duty self-leveling rubber feet
* Leg braces for added stability on uneven surfaces
* Extends to a full 52" (132 cm)
* Closes to only 20.5" (52 cm)
* Holds up to 3.3 lb (1.5 kg)
* Weighs just 1.8 lb (0.8 kg)

good for the price,
July 28, 2009 This is a nice quality light-weight tripod. I bought mine from Woot for about the same price offered by Amazon (except for the additional shipping).
Pros:
light-weight
smooth solid movements
price
Cons:
not tall enough for me
seems too light for heavy SLR cameras

This is my review of the Sunpak 620-520D (more commonly known as the 5200D) 52" Tripod review
This is a great tripod, and i have had it for about 4 weeks now, and after active usage, there isnt a single scratch, it is a VERY nice tripod for the price you are getting it for, and if you are considering a tripod, you might want to consider this one!
